  • Craftique Trading deals in ceramic aroma diffusers, diffuser oils, ceramic diffuser gift sets, macrame products, and other corporate gifting solutions.

2. Orders & Customization

  • Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is 10 pieces unless otherwise agreed.
  • For customization and branding, a minimum order of 250 pieces is required.
  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Craftique Trading.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment terms are advance payment, however, in certain cases, terms may be negotiated at the sole discretion of Craftique Trading.
  • Orders will only be processed after confirmation of payment as per agreed terms.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines will be shared at the time of order confirmation.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be borne by the customer unless agreed otherwise.
  • Risk of goods transfers to the buyer upon dispatch from our facility.

5. Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy

  • Items once sold will not be exchanged or returned, except in special conditions such as:
    • Manufacturing defect,
    • Wrong product delivered.
  • Any such request must be raised immediately with our Customer Care at cs@craftiquetrading.com with supporting evidence.
  • Refunds or replacements will be processed only after verification and at the discretion of Craftique Trading.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, product descriptions, images, and content on our website are the intellectual property of Craftique Trading.
  • No part of our content may be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Craftique Trading shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our products or services.
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
